Love the hotel, perfect location. Lovely and helpful staff. Welcome us with beautiful simle. I request early check-in since I arrived early to Florence, without any additional cost, they confirmed that my request approved. They provide us with an amazing 2 rooms connected, since we went their with our 2 children. Wonderful rooms, corridors with lovely doors. Breakfast were included with amazing variety of food. I recommend the hotel 💯. Footpath, shops, river all close to the hotel, walking distance perfect. It's quite hotel and not crowded area. Sure, when I will visit Florence soon, I know where to stay.

Beautiful hotel - I appreciate the style and attention to details everywhere, including the lobby and the bar. We got a free room upgrade to an excellent room, but photos of other rooms look similarly nice, and they have really thoughtful and eye-catching design, with a lot of practical details that make staying there really pleasant. Location ain't bad either, it's 20-30 minutes walk to the city center.

Very grateful for a comp upgrade to celebrate my birthday. Pleasant and low key staff allowing you to get on with your day. I think I would like the location in summer to avoid the crowds however in winter I'd recommend staying closer to district 1 if you came for sightseeing( it's a very brisk 30 min walk to get to Piazza del Duomo for example).

Overall experience is acceptable. Breakfast is wonderful. They have a small parking lot which make the transportation very convenient. The receptionist is kind to call us a cab.

After reading the negative reviews, we were pleasantly surprised to be met by very kind, welcoming and uncomplicated staff, who organised two rooms on they second floor. The rooms are a little aged, but clean, big, stylish with a huge comfortable bed, good mattress and pillows. Shower and minibar worked with no problem. The rooms also featured good sized bathroom with a bath. The size of the rooms was large. There is a modern TV which lets you play your media from the phone wirelessly. The parking garage is large enough for SUVs. The staff even offers a welcome drink. Unfortunately we stayed only for one night and could not experience the dinner and breakfast (we were a little tired and slept in), but they promised to be amazing. The distance to the sights is reasonable and getting there is uncomplicated. I enjoyed staying at this hotel! Overall great value for what you get.

Staff friendly and the room was very clean. The ability to sit in comfort outside was a bonus. The hotel is in a quiet upmarket area outside the busy centre and in walking distance from all the main attractions.

Stuff vas pleasant, especially at breakfast, rooms are clean and they are cleaning every day, breakfast was perfect, and it’s great they have a garage option if you came by car

Overall a fantastic place to stay. The reason I rated it a 9 is because it is an older property and so some amenities are fragile. However, the staff and the hospitality make up for more than what's missing. Also the location is great as it is only 20 minutes from the town centre. I will definitely prioritize UNAHotels properties for future travels in Italy. Thank you for making our stay thoroughly enjoyable!

This funky looking hotel is set back of a local road, on the edge of the inner part of Florence - in the San Frediano neighbourhood. It's surrounded by everything you want in an Italian neighbourhood, such as pasticceria, restaurants and cool bars, and well as a brewery. It's a short walk to the Porta San Frediano (the medieval gate) through which you find even more stuff. The room size was ample, and clean. The restaurant was excellent - we ate a bit late a couple of times and Fedele and the young chef were most acclimating and helpful. Whoever chose the music for the restaurant also had excellent taste. Overall a great experience, and we would go back again.
